Return & Exchange
· An item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)
· All items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon item received.
· Buyers will responsible for the returning procedure of the items. Therefore, we recommend you to send the parcel via courier services with tracking number provided.
· We reserved the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
1. Do you accept returns & Defective Items ? Yes. Anjo Wing provides returns for all defective items, except Sale items (eg : Christmas special sales, New Year special sales, and other special sales), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items. We will do an exchange to you and returns can only made one time per order number. Courier fee won't be charge when we ship to you but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please drop an email at email@example.com with a snapshot of the defective area/s within 5 working days.
2. The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ? No. We do provided measurement for all items. Please check the detail of the measurement before you place an order.
3. Can I return if the colour look different from the website or item with slight imperfections?
No. Colour shown may have slightly different as different tech devices have different specifications. Slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
4. I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition). We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash.
